I ordered 2 pairs of slides in |Orange and Black both in the same size and the size I have previously ordered. The orange pair were absolutely what I ordered , the black pair said they were the same size on the back but in fact were a size smaller and so don't fit

The quality has significantly decreased, don’t buy! My first pair about 2 years ago was great and I bought the same again. They feel like plastic now, give me blisters with the first wear and are just awful. i can get the same quality for 5 bucks somewhere else

I have another slippers and I love them. However, these ones are completely different in the feet, they don’t fit, they are tougher and they are tight in my feet (because they are harder, they hurt when I walk).
I was really disappointed because I was expecting the slippers to be the same (even if they are different models).
I have emailed the company more than a week ago to return then and I haven’t gotten any answer.

This is an absolutely different product than the older ones. I ordered here the same product 2-3 years ago and i loved that. I have knee pain which is very sensitiv for my footwear, the older AirSlide i bought here is absolutely amazing, if i wear that i have no knee pain and very comfortable of course. But this one is horrible, the new one have a slightly different shape and very hard. Almost feel like i step on barefoot. I can not think else but this is an absolutely different product, way more harder, way more worse. If i could i would refund it. Again i bought the same product 2-3 years ago, and that one is amazing, but this one, feels like a cheap, bad copy of the original.

After I received the order, I realized that they were too small for me. I contacted your support service and the replacement process for a larger number is still ongoing. I've done everything I could in sending it back and still no reply that you received it or no feedback. I'm quite disappointed with this.

I have ordered this in June 2021 , the moment they’ve arrived I’ve tried them on and I could instantly feel the softness, fast forward to 2023 my slides died on me and had to buy new ones only to realise that I couldn’t remember where I bought them so had to try three different websites all of which was a disappointment. I then remembered I should search in my email and that’s how I found the website. I immediately placed an order which I’m waiting for it to arrive and I only hope they will be as soft as the first order I’ve placed with you in ‘21 and hopefully won’t be disappointed

I live in these things! I got my first pair from a friend and they were perfect when I moved into my new house with a very steep wooden staircase--these do not slip. So when my mom was going to visit for month I bought a pair for her so I would worry about her slipping either. Plus they're very comfy.

I decided to order these as the reviews were promising. I wasn’t disappointed! They are so soft and feel like pillows on the feet, much better than any I’d tried previously.
